Small batches, big flavor

The Cookie Batches started right here in Knoxville with one clear goal: bringing the warmth and joy of freshly baked homemade cookies to our local community. We never cut corners or mass-produce. Each recipe is crafted by hand, tested for maximum chewiness, and baked fresh so that every cookie tastes like home.
